General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for sharing your concern with us and showing trust on us .
First of all I would like to inform you that There is nothing much to worry as its showing only fatty liver changes . I would suggest that you should also order ALT , AST , Alkaline phosphatase And bilirubin . Fatty liver changes are mainly seen because of alcohol consumption , sedentary lifestyle , high fatty food consumption . It can easily be corrected with active lifestyle . I would suggest you to start exercising , take a diet rich in vegetables and fruits , decrease sugar/ sweet consumption , say NO to alcohol , decrease oily/fried foods . Follow these selfcare tips and then again go for a Ultrasonogram after 4 months , it will be fine .
I wish you good health.
Best Regards,
Dr.S.Tomar
